Hey there! Sorry for the delay in post, so we have a big Re-cap today so hold on tight! Well as for Pete he is in a swing bed place now and doing much better! His heart is recovering so well and he has really had a string of good days lately. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers! They WORKED! We are so glad Papa Pete is doing great! Last weekend I helped host a baby shower for my dear friend Emily and her little girl arriving in July: Olivia Hayes Patterson. We can not wait to have a little girl around here! Airey needs a girlfriend, or Campbell if she likes younger guys, haha. No really the shower was so much fun and I got giddy seeing all the monogramed bloomers and smocked dresses....I love it all! I have had a fun time with the boys home this summer so far: We have done it all! I took the boys to putt putt and riding bumper boats witch was too funny....seeing me with a son on my lap and holding the other on my hip, all while steering a boat was a memory that will last a lifetime! I have gotten to take the boys to the zoo twice and to the playground a few times a week too. It will be so fun having them home with me all summer and I'm sure we will meet up with our neighborhood stay at home Mom crew for fun cove action and play dates! Roger and I had such a fun date night this past Friday when we attended Zoo Brew. Basically Roger was a kid in a candy store, i mean 100 beers from around the world.....he almost lost it....he was running from booth to booth and trying them all! We met up with Bonnie and Jason and had fun talking and catching up: Me and Bon gossiping-Juice and Rog: Golf talk, LOL! On Saturday we took our 1st family Vacay to Heber (Hince the 2nd SHOWERS in the title, b/c it poured all weekend!) with just us and the boys. It was so relaxing and even though it rained Airey and the boys still rode the Gator and Golf cart in the rain and I got to sip wine on the patio and read a good US Weekly! We are looking forward to this weekend as well. We have on Tap the 2009 MS Polos and Pearls Party at La Pavillion (if you are interested please let me know $75 each tix! Love to have you!) Then we are going to take the boys to their 1st Redbirds game Saturday night for Dogs and Cold Beer (the Beer for us, the Dogs for the boys of course!) Hope to blog soon!!! Cheers! The Coles

Campbell is 9 months!

Wow! I cant believe my baby will be 1 in 3 months! That just cant be :(. We had his 9 mth check up yesterday and he is 75% for height so Dr. Bill says he will be 6 ft tall! I love that! Only 25% for weight so looks like tall and skinny! haha! He is doing great rocking back and forth trying to crawl, so any day now we hope! Thought I would attach this cute pic of my "c-bell" Notice the outfit matches the car...not intended but too cute!

Mothers Day!

Happy Mothers Day to all! I invited the whole crew including both sides of our fam to Mothers Day lunch at our home after church and on our way back we got some sad news...Rog's grandad Pete had fallen ill and been admitted to the hospital...He had a heart-attack but thank the good good Lord he survived....He is still critical so please pray for Pete, the Coles and all his loved ones. We had a wonderful time with everyone here together, but our hearts were heavy for Pete. We will keep you posted and thank you for the prayers!

Pete at his 90th birhday bash with his whole family....Wow at the children and legacy he and Josie have created.....Campbell was still in my belly and Cole will complete the bunch June 30th with his arrival!

Off to Heber!

The week has been a goodie but a long one.....I helped my friend Bonnie paint her little ones new nursery this week (PINK, and I LOVE IT!) and she took the two of us out to Houston's to celebrate and we had much fun catching up on all things girls adore. Thursday night I went to a really cool workshop at Antiques and Abby's Too about decorating and I soaked up every word! They had a designer that had won a few challenges from HGTV and he was fabulous! My...my.... we had a great weekend...Katie and Ed are due in early July so this was one of the last weekends they could go to Arkansas and enjoy the new river house so we all headed to the Little Red Friday afternoon. Lewis and Airey had such a great time with each other and running Pops around like crazy entertaining them! Pops got the boys their very own Gator and boy oh boy did Airey love it! The rain didn't stop him from off roading into puddles and having a grand ol' time, THANKS POPS! Airey cracked us up with his sentences and his growing vocabulary including "nebulizer" which is what Campbell was on all weekend, his Asthma was flared up (poor baby!) and we took Airey in this morning and his Asthma is acting up too and wouldn't you know mine as well, ahhhhhh! We are all three on Singular and our inhalers! ( Why did they have to get this from me, boo hooo!) We grilled out Friday night and listened to the thunder all night, but something about rain on a tin roof is soooo soothing. Saturday we were in for thunderstorms again, but had a blast cooking chili and playing Apples to Apples which is the craziest game ever and Katie laughed so hard we thought she was going into LABOR! Great game Katie! Kitty kicked our booties in the last game. We did get a trip into the local toy store there in Heber and the boys got to pick out a rainy day toy, so they loved looking at all the goodies. What a wonderful weekend spent with the whole Cole gang!
